Online Coaching

  • Custom training plans via app (2–5 workouts/week)

  • Weekly or bi-weekly voice/text check-ins

Post-PT Support

Finished therapy — but not quite done healing? I’ve got you.

If your insurance ran out, your physical therapist said goodbye, or you’re just unsure what’s next — you don’t have to figure it out alone. We’ll pick up where you left off with safe, smart movement that rebuilds trust and strength in your body.

Includes:

  • Supportive strength + mobility sessions

  • Respectful of injury history and limitations

  • Focused on function, confidence, and safety

  • Perfect for folks transitioning out of physical therapy

Mobile Training

One-on-one sessions where you are — equipment included.

If you’re in Austin and want personal support, I offer limited mobile training sessions on evenings and weekends. I bring bands, equipment, and calm energy — you just show up as you are.

Includes:

  • 1:1 sessions in your space (home or outdoors)

  • Bands + tools provided

  • Strength, mobility, or clarity-focused sessions

  • Gentle, structured movement — grounded in safety
