Not at all — but we can absolutely use it if you have it.
If you’re training online, I’ll build your plan based on what’s available to you — whether that’s bands, dumbbells, or just bodyweight.
If you’re local to Austin and doing mobile sessions, I bring equipment with me, so we can get creative and intentional with what we use.
If you’re currently injured or dealing with active pain, I recommend working with a licensed physical therapist first.
That said — if you’ve completed physical therapy but still want guidance, support, or continued movement around what you were working on, I’d love to help. My approach is rooted in movement science and post-rehab strength building, with extra attention to form, function, and safety.
